There are already Torrents with the raw data and they've used IPFS in the past, but decided it was not ready https://annas-archive.org/torrents (They pool multiple shadow libraries)
Annas archive is not LibGen.
But they include it, as I've written it 🙄

They do. It's still a different project by different people. That's the nice part about it.
There should be all of LibGen corpus pinned on IPFS and there used to be a front end hosted on IPFS but I have not looked at it in a while.
