Pink. Though, those tend to be the crazy ones so you should use plenty of caution when approaching them.

When thinking about some of my favorite anime and light novel characters, and my waifu... gotta go with blue.
I'd say red, pink, or light blue.
Those are all good colors too! Though I think those are more design dependent, at least for determining if I like the characters. However, I will say that they are definitely colors which have a tendency to boost the overall appeal of a character for me, much like green and blonde hair girls do.
Pink and blue. I don't remember the progenitor of the pink, but I distinctly remember blue with Sasami/Tsunami from Tenchi Muyo. Honestly, probably played into with Washu for pink/red-ish.

Big fan of green haired anime girls for some reason.
What is it about green haired cuties that's so appealing?!?!? I don't know if we'll ever understand it, but that's fine. Something was just meant to be enjoyed.
