Did the 5 Elders have a higher command order for the Pacifistas than the Vegapunks? I kinda remember them being equal maybe, but can't check currently

They are higher than Vegapunk. I distinctly remember being confused as to why you would do it that way.
I want to have Vegapunk to have an override by I doubt that happening honestly.
I hate the goofyness but each to their own. Think Zoro can win against a former Luffy boss fight ? Would make sense considering he just beat a yonko commander.
Lucci is not on the same league as King imo so he would get slapped hard by Zoro.
Considering how hard Luffy dunked on Lucci, yeah Zoro wins that pretty sure

Oda was showing this chart at least twice in the manga already and now on page 2 Vegapunk says "No one on the island has a higher command authority status than us". So he is clearly in the dark about the current situation who else is there. In the last panel, after Atlas gives new orders to the Seraphim, having the angry face of Saturn, makes it clear that he must be stepping on the stage in the next few chapters.
Once the Seraphims don't follow orders any more, there must be some confusion first. But 'Apple Gramps' is quite a smart guy, so I'm sure he will figure it out who else must be nearby or on the island for a big news reveal to the Strawhat crew. Maybe Vegapunk even gives some information he has about the 5 Elders, once they know there must be one of them on Egghead.

With Saturn assuming command, we'll have gone through all the command one-ups which is kinda funny
Pretty good fight so far with Luffy and Kizaru. Love how relaxed Kizaru is at the whole thing even though Luffy chucked him pretty far too. Really showing how much of a monster he really is. Sentomaru has impressed this arc, endured quite a lot of damage and full did the zoro 'nothing happened' pose too. Did Vegapunk also confirm that Bonney is actually a little girl this whole time? Seeing Zoro activate his advanced conqueror's against Lucci is pretty cool to see so soon. Looks like Luffy beat Lucci so easily that he doesn't even seem worried about Zoro lol. I wonder if Saturn is finally gonna do something

How did vegapunk confirm that bonny is a little girl?
He didn't officially confirm but there was a panel toward the end of the chapter and he says "I'll be damned if I stand by while a little girl gets murdered"
