Regarding spoilers; Please put "(Spoilers)" in the title of your post if you anticipate spoilers, as we do not currently have a spoiler tag available. If your post contains an image that could be considered a spoiler, please mark the thread as NSFW so the image gets blurred. Please use spoiler tags whenever commenting a spoiler in a non-spoiler thread. Most of the Lemmy clients don't support this but we want to get into the habit as clients will be supporting in the future.

the Enshittification of everything continues, time to pull back on subscriptions and let the market punish the enshittifiers
Probably for the best. The next time a commercial comes up on Prime it'll make me question why I'm watching this crap and then I'll turn it off.
Don't forget to unsubscribe from prime as well though or else they still get paid!
Enough is just never enough is it? Companies like amazon sit on dragon hoarde amounts of wealth, but they still need to make more
I've had Amazon prime for a while but I've never used the streaming service. This just gives me a good reason to stop using a prime completely though.
Too bad they have nothing good anymore. Gone are the days of fantastic shows like the Americans and Mozart in the City.
Amazon Toilet is what they should call their streaming service.
Even when they had good stuff, their service was garbage. I tried it once and they list all their shows, but you had to click on one to find out it's not available in your country
Yarr me hearties!
Hoist the flag
So the company that no longer can offer two-day prime shipping on most items, has missed their delivery estimates 4 times for me this year, and is often more expensive than local retailers wants to eliminate one of the only value added services to the increasingly costly and useless Prime.
Good luck with that…..
It’s already £95 per year and I only use the next day delivery and the TV. I’m not sure that I want to pay another £30 or so to maintain the ad free service that I currently have. I certainly don’t want to watch adverts.
I could do with cutting my TV services back as I have too many and I probably use Prime video less than the others due to the awful UI.
