When did journalism came to the point, where they decided "unleash" is a more fitting word than "release" when they talk about what car a manufacturer is bringing out?

We're talking about a Mustang, so the proper term is "unbridled"~

Motorway driving is already boring enough, and now you can take away one of the things that makes it bearable AND you have to pay? No thanks...

Yeah hard pass on the subscription based auto pilot. Everything is going to be subscription based soon enough.

I prefer being a passenger to driving, as I can do something more interesting, like reading a book. But I don’t think hands free driving is the answer, as you still have to be ready to take control. It just makes the driving experience worse, by taking away one of the marginally interesting things you can do to occupy your attention.

I’m putting off buying a car for as long as possible. All these smart cars today are going to seem dumb in 5-10 years, in comparison to even standard cars.

Maybe I’m missing something, but who would want a self driving car that monitors your eyes, forcing you to look at the road? The purpose of self driving cars should be that you don’t have to look at the road.

Regulators: “We will approve self driving cars, but only if there is a driver acting like they are driving.”

I wonder how this is change the future driving since some countries already banned this technology outright. Maybe back pedal?

I suppose I can give it a shot using a rubber band and a paper clip.
