Just out of curiosity, why would you want an earlier version of the game? Haven’t played cp2077 yet but I thought the release version was basically unplayable. Hope you find what you’re looking for!

It was playable just fine on the PC. The console versions were the ones that really suffered
Just curious why you would want 1.0 instead of 1.62. Old mods?

Are those downloadable? I do own Cyberpunk on GOG
I use gog-games for cyberpunk. It works sometimes, the file hosters like to remove it.
I have build 3214677 change 4155897. I am unsure what specific version this is, but IIRC this was a 0-day release.

Build_3214677Change_4155897_Preload seems to be day1, yes
The game is DRM-free on GOG, so I imagine one of those versions should be available out there, and wouldn't even require a crack.
