Same code base for both ecosystems? Then one of the apps will suffer in UI and UX, because they have different design paradigms. A iOS user won’t prefer an app with an android UI.

Yeah, my bank used a similar code base for iOS and Android app. Android app UX is really pita because I only can move back with back button on top left and not with gestures

I actually haven’t found this to be true. And since it uses react native all the ui gets reskinned to be native android. It’s also always up to the user if they want to use it
