Maybe the APN setting is wrong? I don't remember if it shows the 4g logo on the taskbar if that happens

This. Check your APN settings
I might have one I could try, but I think straight talk might tie the SIM card to the device. If I remember right when I get a new phone I can't move the SIM to the new phone and have it work
It was in the APN settings. As simple as checking the box for the profile already in there. But I've been trying to figure it out for a week and didn't even know what APN settings were to think to look so thank you!
Did u call customer support ?
Yes, their only suggestion was restarting my phone which I needed to be on the line with them. It didn't work do before starting that process over again when they're open again tomorrow I figured I'd look into other ideas.
