Some equipment have passives that can be disabled/enabled.
Most don’t.
If you’re wearing something with a toggleable effect, the option lives wherever your other passives live. On kbm, it’s one of the menus at the bottom of the screen.

I think there is a toggle on the action wheel to turn it on and off. I know the boots I have on Shadowheart has it.
I see no toggle on the wheels options to add it.
Maybe in the game menu?
Nope. I don’t think it’s a thing.
If it's the sword you get in the very beginning off Commander Zhalk, it can't be turned off.
How?
You help the Mind Flayer kill him and loot the body
How do you turn it off, not how do you get it.
They just said it can't be turned off.
