Sounds like they don't actually have a case as they aren't using YouTube's API and haven't agreed to anything. I'm sure Google finds a way to screw them regardless, but I'll keep my hopes up for now

Sounds like they're not going away yet. But if youtube really manages to shut it down.. that's going to cure my youtube addiction.
