57 system apps still enabled.
110 system apps removed.

There's literally no loss of functionality in the phone or any of my apps, no errors, no missing features, after removing 2/3 of everything that was on it.
Feels kind of nice, actually. I just wish I could degoogle this thing, though...

Well done. Did you use UAD or do it manually?

I used UAD.

Removed everything in "recommended" and "unlisted", apps in "advanced" and "expert" I was sure I didn't need, and didn't touch "dangerous".

I did the same, my battery life is amazing - I wouldn't use a phone or tablet without doing it now

The sketchy factor is really unfortunate to hear, as they're one of few that make tiny phones or ones with hardware keyboards. Are custom ROMs a thing for these?

Just to clarify: There wasn't really much sketchy stuff on there. Just a lot of tools and additional system utilities I didn't need, some system apps were duplicated (one version from Android and a seperate one from Mediatek), all the Google apps and several apps for battery management on top of Android's battery management system.

There are no custom ROMs for the Unihertz Atom, but there's an unofficial LineageOS build for the Atom L and XL

Thank you for clarifying! I think I read too much into it.
