Error says I’m not logged in. Though I see that I am. I even see my subscribed communities and inbox.

Cannot see a way to sign out- for all sales and purposes, I’m locked out of my account.

No issues posting from Voyager (formerly Wefwef), so it’s not my lemmy.world account. It’s specifically Memmy.

I went to my account in Memmy and edited some settings somewhere where my password was and hit save. All seems to be fine now,

This seems to be related to the Lemmy hack earlier today.

I’ve had similar issues today. Someone needs to talk to the developers about having a sign out option

There is, it’s the delete option, but it only appears if you have more than one account so I hope they add it to appear even at one account. It says delete, but it only signs you out (I risked my account for that lmao).

I believe these issues were related to the hack. Issues persisted for me even after installing the update. As another post suggested, I tried deleting the app & re-installing. Everything seems to be good now

I had this happen to me today on the connect app, signing out and signing back in seemed to fix it for me. Is there no sign out option on memmy?

Couldn’t find one. Just deleted and reinstalled.

I added my second account to memmy then was able to delete my main and sign in again on it.

ETA i also tried and you can add your account twice to memmy, then delete the first one. It is not a perfect situation, but a passable work around.

Did it recognize your username and pw?

I had the same issue, deleted and reinstalled, and now it’s telling me it can’t find my username.

Yeah. It’s back to normal now.

This seems to be caused by kit signing out of your account without really understanding that you’re no long signed in. After the security breach my instance signed out all users and I ran in to this issue as well. Retyping your password fixes it for now.
