Look at Zenni. You can have Frame+lenses for $15.
How?
You go on Zennioptical.com, you pick one of the option under $15 dollar and you pick lenses with no coating.
You pay, wait a few weeks and receive your glasses in your mail box.
But if it's too much you can pick a cheaper frame, they have glasses+lenses starting a $7 I think.

The frame is by far the least expensive part of my glasses.
Or save more money by accepting that one can’t see properly and live with it. Lol
