Result : No
1- i had to "undelete" so to post this comment
2- still confusing since the interface produces the"spiral of death"

i set the "speak ad moderator" to the above comment. This action resulted in the visual production of this small "mod badge in the shape of a Shield" to the left of the "OP" & the "M" badges.
