Get help, itās not your fault. Well it is but your parents should have known what would happen. Well it doesnāt normally happen so I guess itās not their fault but even still there should have been other supports available to prevent this. Well there are but they shouldnāt need you to seek them out it should be the other way around. Well not really thereās not that many resources available and thatās fairly wasteful. It really just requires decent values
