Your post is something that is submitted on a regular basis (probably more than once or twice per week.) Please try searching /c/msp for your answer before posting. If you still have questions, please rephrase your posts and re-submit it to try and make it more specific. We encourage fresh content :) Thanks!

3. Vendor Promotions and Webinars

Vendor participation is encouraged. Feedback and assistance can be invaluable. However, promotion of any products, including webinars, must be kept to the Weekly Promo thread.

Vendors are requested to identify themselves by either username or vendor flair.

4. No personal attacks or inflammatory language

We're forum for a group of professionals. Language and comments must be semi-professional. Refrain from using Insults, vulgar language and other harassing behavior.

5. Tax and legal questions are not allowed.

The purpose of this sub is to share business practices, discuss vendors, and share experiences. Tax and legal advice is best left to those professionals. This includes the sharing or requests for MSAs and other legal contracts.

6. VoIP questions outside of MSP programs.

Please refrain from posting questions and requests that deal with VoIP outside of MSP programs. These should be directed to ~~/r/voip~~ (No such community exists yet) or a similar board that specializes in the subject of VoIP. We are strictly a subreddit for MSPs.

First off, this isn’t a troubleshooting post. I just found it really interesting and wanted to share.

Some of the keys on the keyboard are not working. I opened the device and reseated the connector (ribbon cable). It works fine. For a while…

Problem comes back. I had decided to flash the system with new win 11 (not for the purpose of troubleshooting btw, just needed a win 11 laptop).

I used an external keyboard to do this. Which worked fine.

Boot new system. The internal keybaord is working fine. Then stops working. Same problem. Only some keys work.

Weird Part:

The keys which work on the internal keyboard, DO NOT work on the external keyboard. And vice-versa.

I just thought it was interesting.
