@kescusay that seems like a great idea. Maybe also converting all the ugly parking lots into new affordable and/or free housing would be good too, as unrealistic as that would be

As transformers pop as we shift into colder temps, I'm reminded yet again our power grid isn't currently set up to switch to all-electric, especially with the high volume of renters here.
