Check if there is the desktop file of the entry you created in ~/.local/share/application, and if you find it remove it, then reboot (or log out and in) to check if it fixed the problem

I deleted it, but it didn't work :/
are you sure you deleted all possible .desktop files pointing to that application? do you still see the entry if you open the menu with the Meta key?
I thought I was. I looked again, and it was there. This time, I deleted it and it fixed it. Thank you!
Maybe delete the dot files? I'm not much of a KDE guy so there may be a better option.

Deleting it's desktop entry will probably do the trick, they are usually stores in either ~/.local/share/applications or in /usr/share/applications
