I do them with Oscar Mayer Thick Sliced Bacon and Gordon Ramsay's scrambled egg recipe. So good.

It’s actually a spinach, onion and garlic ciabatta loaf from a bakery in Maine called When Pigs Fly Bread. My wife’s friend lives up there and got us a loaf or two when they came down to visit. We first tried it a few years ago when we went on a trip up their way. They do deliver, and it is pricey, but it’s worth it if you get a bunch of stuff.
