As gross as it is, in a Chelsea/United skewed market £92/102m isn't expensive at all for a prem-proven, young, English midfielder.

Same price as Bellingham seems kinda cheap ngl, I rate Rice a bit more for his profile. I guess he's older, but I'm totally fine with that price.
