Great list! Some that weren't on my radar yet that I'll have to try. I'd add Friedhats, expensive but tasty and Manhattan coffeeroasters to the list.

Check out white label coffee in Amsterdam. Only single origin, mainly light roasted. They offer reusable containers with a deposit.
Moyee can also be bought at Albert Heijn. Is that the same roast/quality? I quite like the single origin.
Yeah that's the same. They only stock a single type of them at my local store, but that's a small one
Black and Bloom is my favorite, especially in the afternoon after doing some shopping in the Grotemarkt. The owner is very friendly, he talks about coffee beans with a passion. Highly recommended.
