I've heard of cars running on alcohol as fuel. So technically it can take you somewhere.
True. I live in Brazil and I run my car exclusively on ethanol. It's a biofuel made from sugar cane and thus is renewable and has a low carbon footprint.
We dwarves are still working on using Wormhole Special to get planetside. Experiments continue.
