Not much interest, especially after seeing the streams of players testing it. Classic era players in particular seem to min/max the fun out of everything, and I don’t see this going much differently.
World of Warcraft
I'm actually interested. It feels like the first innovation for WoW in a while. Most things are just an iteration on the old stuff, which is fine, but not exciting. This is essentially what Rift did, you could heal as a mage, etc. I really hope they pull it off.
Same here. Looks to me like a courageous step. And if it works, if they do it right, if people jump on the train - I'd say chances that this will grow into a full blown Classic+ are now better than ever. I'll give it a chance! Wondering how it will work with servers, was there any info? Some fresh servers? I'd like to migrate my dead HC chars 😁
Edit: ok I read more about it and now i feel stupid for asking
It will be fresh servers and first you will be able to level to 25 and then a few weeks after, they will increase the level cap and add more content. And so on.
At Blizzcon they also said that there’s a change they might use some of the unfinished content, that they never got to finish in original WoW.
I want to try it, but it isn't what I was hoping for.
Typical blizzard not listening to their community, and just doing whatever they want.
That's the issue with communities though. Not everyone agrees what is right and wrong. I'm currently doing HC classic and I'm looking forward to SoD, so I can say that Blizzard is finally listening to their community.
I'm going to try it, maybe I got the wrong impression from it, I'm hoping it'll be good
