Wow this is horrifying, can’t even imagine. I also can’t imagine the survivability of such a small vessel means there is any chance of them being alive. Horrible

And imagining its size and depth will be both hard to find and resurface.

It took 5 research submersible dives over 8 days to find the Titanic. And it’s massive. Not to mention that this tiny submersible has likely exhausted its air supply already, well… there’s no rush.

It has a 4 day emergency air supply, so they still have 3 days to find it

The sub has a 96-hour sustainment capability if there's an emergency aboard, Mauger said. As of Monday afternoon, he said there was believed to be "somewhere between 70 to the full 96 hours available at this point."

seems you're right

"A major search operation is underway as a submarine used to take tourists to view a wreck of the Titanic has gone missing in the Atlantic Ocean."

Is there more than one?

It's weird phrasing, but they may be referring to how the ship is in at least two major pieces, quite some distance apart. I can't remember if it was more than 1km between the two though (I think it is)

Ahh. Good point. I forgot about that. That's what I get for trying to be snarky. LOL.
