Honestly, because it’s too small to fund the things I need my government to provide. I want a rail system, that’s gonna take some taxes, I want my public debt dealt with, more taxes, I want the hungry to be fed, well nobody’s gonna do it better than the government so tax me more
But instead my taxes go to subsidizing ecological devastation

I don’t think most people understand exploitation, profits and the labor theory of value.
When they say that “ditty”, they mean their “boss”, or usually manager gets well paid and they don’t, so they will “waste” company money shitting during work-hours.
