Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End and Delicious in Dungeon for me. Both manga are outstanding fantasy that aren't isekai and I think will translate really well to being animated.

No idea whether it'll be a remake or sequel, but either way I'm hyped. The 2006 anime is excellent.

has the studio for OPM 3 been announced yet? I hope we don't see a retreading of season 2, but it'll be tough under any circumstances to live up to the insane level of the animation work in the first season.
Spy x Family S2 for me.
And the eternal wait for Made in Abyss S3, only had to wait 4-5 years from S1 to S2, so 2026-2027 can't come soon enough.
