They deactivate accounts more liberally than other sites so that they can charge you $$$ to get back in, that's their scummy business strategy and why I don't use that place.

It’s interesting because I rarely log in to my account, maybe just once per 8months, but my account still active. However my account was created in the early 20xx, so I might passed those window. Nowadays I’ve been there more often after rarbg gone.

Correct, they regularly deactivate accounts that haven't been logged into after x days. I don't remember the exact number of days but it should be in their rules.

Yes that's the IPT racket, they expect you to pay them to re-join. Note that even though they won't re-activate your old account they didn't say you can't re-join. One of the many reasons that tracker isn't considered reputable.
