Enter coordinate glyphs in portal. Then with your existing ship scan for trade outpost. I was there trading when I saw the ship. It just arrived. Bought it for some 6 million from the pilot. Since it's an exotic ship price is relatively high and it's a guaranteed S class.

Be patient. It might land after a long time. But it's there. It's a snowy planet as you can see in the first picture.

That's the whole point of exploration. Everything is generated from color, decorations, design, parts, engines, etc. Am guessing it will never be implemented. Otherwise anyone could have any ship they want. This way you kind of have to find it. People even make catalogues and share locations to help everyone find their perfect ship.
