The early Sync for IOS was made by a different dev so unless they are doing it then not likely.

I would love an iOS app for it. Iβll use the android on my tablet but would love one for my phone
As an Android user, I have to say it feels nice to have iOS users begging for one of our apps for once...
Have you tried Mlem or Memmy? They're in early development on TestFlight, but already pretty capable! I'm currently testing both of them, devs are pretty active.
Iβve been testing Memmy! Iβm really excited for that app. The redesign he showed would be amazing. Id stay on Memmy on iOS most likely but I like having a variety
Iβm also really enjoying Memmy, nice seeing the constant updates come in during these early stages too.
