German post war virtue signaling identity in shambles

Europe moment.

For anyone who had any doubts about where Ireland stands on this, they took NATO's side in the upcoming WW3: euroamerikkka vs the world.

In 2021, only two countries voted against this resolution: Ukraine and United States. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Now, it's more than 50 countries against this very same resolution.

This is what I was gonna say. What the fuck

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

They're going full mask off

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

I'm guessing they just saw "Russia" and didn't bother reading the resolution.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Epically owning Russia by voting against a resolution condemning Nazism

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

They would rather be considered fascists for refusing to oppose nazism than hypocrites for supporting a Russian draft resolution 💀

[–] [email protected] 0 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago) (1 children)

It wouldn't be even hypocrisy, last year they abstained or even supported it in some cases. It precisely make them hypocrites because they changed their vote solely on base who proposed it. So they are fascists and hypocrites, rare moment of honesty.

I agree with you. I was just saying what seems to be the logic of the EU in this letter: https://www.eeas.europa.eu/delegations/un-new-york/eu-explanation-vote-%E2%80%93-un-general-assembly-draft-resolution-combating_en

Which basically is "We oppose Nazism, but Russia uses fighting Nazism as part of its justification for the war in the Ukraine, so if we vote yes it'll look like we support Russia in the war".

Which I think is bullshit of course.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 2 years ago

Of course it is bullshit, it is just "Russia bad" and pure copium.

The whites are at it again lol, all the white euro countries are like: "hey, nazism ain't THAT bad"

Someone seriously needs to do a correlation of # of white vs non-white countries that voted for this.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago) (3 children)

45 of 52 countries voting against are white majority (in broad meaning)

2 of 15 abstaining are white (or 3 if you include Turkey)

4 of 104 voting for were undoubtefly whites (note, excluding central and south american and westeren asian countries who are sometimes counted as white and who overwhelmingly voted yes)

Of 7 nonwhite countries who voted against, basically all are western puppets or colonies (except Mali? idk)

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

What a surprise!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Someone with some graph / chart-making skills get on this stat.

Good catch!

Mali voted in favor. The representative accidentally pressed the wrong button 😅 She corrected the record immediately after: https://media.un.org/en/asset/k1j/k1jb1nxz0o?kalturaStartTime=6641

Good to know, i was wondering why Mali would vote like the European Reich.

Poland is officially voting against combating glorification of nazism.

I feel sick.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

All Western countries are. Guess they aren't very concerned anymore, about pretending they're democracies.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 2 years ago

Yeah. I meant that it would be kinda expected of Latvia or Estonia. But it's very disappointing and borderline illegal for Germany, since they do have similar law.

But Poland, the country which was completely obliterated by nazis with millions dead and next millions enslaved and all possible hell breaking loose in that time of horrors, that's fucking infuriating especially for me as a Pole.
