I really need to set up my pihole correctly
I'm about to buy more hdd's and set up my jellyfin/plex server again. I pretty much only sub to Youtube at this point and I'm not giving Amazon more money. I don't even know how this shit is legal considering when I signed up for the service it didn't have ads. This is not what I signed up for, seriously how this legal!?!?

Naming and shaming all "recurring spending models" where a one-time fee (or none at all) would be appropriate and logical.
Expect use of strong language.

Note that not all subscriptions are awful. Supporting your favorite ~~camgirl~~ creator or Lemmy server on Patreon is fine. An airbag with subscription is irl Idiocracy-level dystopian bullshit.
