And why would he put in a GPU when the memory controller doesn't support the GPU memory? Pointless.
It is really unfortunate because it is a good video. Linus himself said that they had no choice but to have stupid thumbnails and titles so that the algorithm would put their videos front and centre. Youtube is to blame in this case. Linus Media Group is a business, so I understand the situation.
As for the video, it really is a good one. They compared the Mac Pro and Mac Studio to a PC using various benchmarks and concluded that the Mac Pro was just not worth it.
It’s only for a really specific use case of professionals who need expansion cards (not video cards) to do work, and who have deep pockets. Not really useful for others.
Not sure why you're getting downvoted here, but you're right about this one and that's what the video concludes.
I pissed off some Chinese PRC supporters so they brigaded me to try and shut me up. Lol.
tl;dw the GPUs do nothing and this machine is almost pointless when the Studio costs $3000 less.

tl;dw What is the use case for this? It seems like a desktop machine priced like a server, just without flexibility, or RAID
Its a mac studio in a larger box, but you pay 3000 dollars extra for pcie slots you can use for things, such as storage and special audio equipment etc
For 3d modelling (or gaming) youre much better off getting a windows pc with a 4090 and save 50%
...but then you're not getting your computer in a cheese grater box!
Not sure if there's a rackable case/mod for the Mac Studio, but the Mac Pro also has a rackable form factor (like a server) that some shops might like: https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-mac/mac-pro/rack
This upgrade could fit Apple silicon into an existing audio/video workflow for some design/editing companies.
