This is a wonderful port of Bullfrog's Theme Hospital, that I can't recommend enough. I loved this game as a kid, and have found I love it even more as an adult. I'm also now better at it, lol.

Honest question: is the second requirement a CYA kinda thing, or a hard requirement?

It does require some of the original resources, so you'll need to acquire a copy, however you personally see fit.
