Don't know about native, but there are some PWAs, which are installable anywhere with a supported browser.

I can see this user's comments. Do you perhaps have a filter on certain words, accounts, or instances in your Lemmy client?

I usually only filter people who post porn

Maybe it's that?

I didn't see any porn, but there were quite a few AI generated images. If that is something that you filter folks for as well, that is likely why they are filtered.
