Like it or not, they're here, they won't be leaving anytime soon.

This is actually the best course of action to integrate them into the society. Moreso when Qatar is sponsoring this.

If we keep denying them the opportunities, they won't be able to get proper jobs, and where does that lead them to? Crimes.

Unfortunately, yeah. They will be here for the long term whether we like it or not.

But it will be hard. Public appetite for pro refugee policies is wearing thin. Political pressure to take care of owr own people first is high. And then there is the long feared opening of floodgates of new arrivals if we legitimise refugees.

Malaysia do have an official quota for rohingya refugee. We can and should help those, especially when other are sponsoring. Qatar never say they will sponsor illegal refugees and malaysia also didnt say they will help those. Denying aid to ALL refugees is not fair.

Oh wait. Duyong Adun? Umno guy huh? Oh no wonder lah. Rohingyan not malay ma...
