Recently got a Gaggia Classic Pro Evo, and after few trials and error, was able to pull this espresso shot!.

I finally have my foot in the world of espresso!

Gcp is Google Cloud Platform so I was a bit confused for a moment.

Google Coffee Platform, available this fall.

Cancelled December 2023.

I know the GCP has its flaws, but I like mine a lot. Definitely get a backflush basket and some cafiza to clean it regularly. And then also look into the OPV 9 bar mod from Shades of Coffee if you want to tinker a bit. Sounds intimidating, but it's just a replacement spring for the over pressure valve. I enjoy the resulting espresso more after I made the mod.

Did you check if it has the flaking issue? I bought one a week ago and it already has flakes through the steam wand. Seems like Gaggia is ignorant of the issue.

Here is an article about the issue: Boilergate

You can check yours by running some water via the steam wand, if you find any small black grinds in the cup, that is the coating peeling.

I have not yet faced this issue. I will check this tomorrow.
