I hope this increases the potential for positive Mexican/US relations. The US needs to make a better effort to support their southern neighbors, and being useful is a great way to get their attention.

This would be the most logical way of ‘fixing’ Mexico and other central / South American countries. Give them huge industrial capabilities and jobs.
