Bert kreisher is a prop comic except the prop is his body.

I've personally been over that shtick for the last couple years, Bert is still funny in small doses when he isn't high pitch scream laughing tho

He's a story telling comic. Definitely not for everyone (including me). The shirtless thing is just for promotion.
