In my opinion the author seems to have an axe to grind, but he brings up a pretty long list of legitimate issues.

Considering only the cold and standoffish management style of Lorne, I think I'm a little more forgiving. On one hand, I definitely wouldn't want to work for him, but on the other hand, I don't think SNL would be as successful without Lorne and his style.
