I suppose the show is trying to say that the taste of Sasakura's cocktail deteriorates quickly so the while the first sip's impact was higher for Miwa, if she finishes the glass the overall experience will be worse when compared to drinking Kuzuhara's glass.

It is hard to think that Sasakura who exhibits such control over his cocktail would make that kind of mistake, other than for plot reasons though.

Kuzuhara gave Sasakura some harsh words, but we got a scene of Sasakura acting harsh towards Kawakami just before, so in both cases they might just be trying to cheer the other on to better themselves in some Japanese round about ways, I guess.

Imagine if the protagonist got treated properly and got sent back to his world (hopefully that's what happened to the 100+ summoned not-hero before). Nobody (including himself) would have known he has cheat power level.

It surprised me that False just casually gave that Latin analogy, it demonstrates a deep understanding of Earth’s culture for someone who have never been to it and had to learn everything second-hand.

A shame indeed.

Interesting tidbit: This is the only spinoff manga published by Micro Magazine, the publisher of Slime’s novels. The rest including the main one are all published by Kodansha.

The spinoff that got an anime was Tensura Nikki aka The Slime Diaries.

The protagonist of Monster Nation, Framea, actually has a cameo in Diaries manga, I forgot whether she made it to the anime or not.

OP should be looking at backup before considering RAID anyway, because RAID is not backup.

The equivalent of SAS expanders for SATA are called port multipliers, and the JMS562 chip in the picture can act as one (as well as becoming a sort of RAID controller).

I know I knew this title but not sure I read / watched it until I saw the name Eden Hall again.

The source manga started in 2004, 20 years ago. There was also an anime adaptation in 2006 and a TV drama adaptation in 2011. This anime is a new adaptation, starting from the beginning with some new arrangements it seems (I did not remember the story and had to check the manga again).

I liked this first episode and will be looking forward for more.

Disclaimer: this is not from experience so perhaps someone who do run servers with USB HDDs can comment on long term stability of USB as an interface.

Technically speaking, even USB 3 gen 1 (5Gb/s (gigabits per sec)) is far more than enough to saturate a broadband connection (probably under 1Gb/s). Assuming you’re going to use mechanical HDDs, best case they can transfer around 200MB/s (that’s megabytes per sec)), so no problem there either.

You might want to use external 3.5 inch HDDs as they have separate power supplies (less picky on power supplied from USB) and are much more likely to be CMR (which performs better than SMR, best if you check the specific model’s spec to make sure it is CMR) than 2.5 inch ones.
