I read a lot of these. Here's my hot take: It's not real. It's not canon. This never happened to Miles O'Brien and never will.

For me, personally, that's enough to let me enjoy the absurd comedy.

It's very easy to add Windows store to the iot version. Not sure about WMR yet

Windows 10 2021 LTSC IoT is supposed to be supported up to 10 years. So that's 2032 for security updates. If this is true then that would be my strategy for keeping WMR in use.

So mozilla is paying the server costs for this, what's the business model?

Your last sentence is somehow darker than the darkest O'Brien at work panel.

What is the energy source for the Sun's fusion? Is gravity providing energy?

Edit: I guess not because black dwarfs will eventually exist

Edit2: If I want to accelerate a rocket I need to provide fuel but gravity will accelerate me toward an object forever?

I'm sorry, I don't like any of these names

I've heard but not confirmed that the various NUC models have CEC

He's messing around so the one time he's actually needed he misses it.

"In our tests, on a select set of popular PC games, we observed an average of ~16% FPS increase1 and ~27% display latency reduction1. In addition, CASO contributed to a 45% decrease in timeout detection and recovery events (TDRs)"

Cross Adapter Scan-Out (CASO) can improve the performance of hybrid laptops that have both an integrated GPU (iGPU) and a discrete GPU (dGPU) or external GPU (eGPU). CASO is a feature of DirectX that allows the dGPU/eGPU to directly display the rendered frames on the screen, bypassing the iGPU. This reduces the display latency and increases the FPS for gaming scenarios. CASO does not require any specialized hardware solutions like NVIDIA’s Advanced Optimus or AMD’s Smart Access Graphics (no mux switch needed), but it does require Windows 11 and compatible hardware (AMD 6000, Intel Iris, any nvidia dGPU).
