They are not paying directly. As per the article you can get additional PTO days in the future, albeit only after Squadron 42 is released (whenever that's going to happen) and if you are still with the company.

Unfortunately, I would have to agree.
Played the demo from Next Fest; graphics were really good and unique, gameplay had potential, but felt like it needed more refinement.
Tried this out earlier today, while I haven't played extensively, it's have to say the atmosphere and world-building is excellent.
The game play seems solid too, although I need to progress further.
Random fact. Epic Mickey was developed by Junction Point Studios, founded Warren Spector, who was one of the lead creators of the original Deus Ex.
