If it's the second, do you have to hunt it down yourself or how does it work?

Oh geez, I mean oh jizz.

The mobile browser version is pretty much unusable for me. I select view All, then organize by either Hot or Active, and what I get is an endless stream of posts, but newly made and from two years ago (so, neither Hot not Active). And the page becomes unresponsive because of the endless stream.

The app works better but kept timing out when trying to upvoted stuff. Just updated to see if that fixes it.

So far, I gotta say squabbles is working better for me as a reddit alternative.

There is something weird going on. Yesterday sorting by hot caused a constant stream of new posts, at least for me in the jerboa mobile app.

I swore to myself I wouldn't go there during the blackout, and that I would use that time to get better acquainted with Lemmy, kbin and squabbles.

But fuck if I'm not dying to go there and see what's happening. If the Revenge of the Admins has already begun or what.

Should've seen it coming. The next job to be taken over by AI is that of redditor.

So, you can just create one? No need to ask anybody for permission? I ask because I understand that each instance belongs to someone, and I'd be worried to create a community on someone else's... whatever an instance is, server space?

You could see this coming the moment we started blocking blue checkmarks.

And then you watch Dear Zachary.
