Was asked by my boss to apply for a promotion as he was moving sideways. Got it and discovered that the whole departments budget has been spent already. Now got to figure out how to do a year of maintenance with nothing....

Beans, beanies, lemmings, lemons, they are all ok. Bit who needs a label. I'm a lemmy user. Sure I came here from reddit but I don't want this to become reddit.
Not sure yet, I've got the day off to spend with my 13y daughter. But only started a new job 2 weeks ago and now fretting about missing emails. Stupid I know. We are heading out to a zoo soon in the rain, hopefully that will clear my head so I can enjoy time with her.
