Not only that. But Ukraine managed to capture in a month the same amount of land Russia has captured in a year (via Kursk)

You need to carry a marker and draw devils horns whenever you see his poster. Colouring in the QR code to make it not work is a bonus too.

Even though crisis hotlines are common, they have not been well studied for efficacy.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crisis_hotline#:~:text=6%20References-,Effectiveness,several%20weeks%20after%20their%20call.

Somewhat related, but I think suicide hotlines can be a big problem if they are understaffed. I feel like in my country they are just there to check a box. I’ve had two suicidal crises, both times I called the hotline, waited 20+ minutes and gave up. It made me feel even worse and more lost.

In 2015 when I was in my cubing prime. I got to watch Feliks Zemdegs get a 6.89 single. And that was the highlight of my fucking year. It’s crazy how much faster the best have got.

I had noticed this trend in the past few years. And recently I got a completely new device so I thought that’s a perfect blank slate, without all the who knows how trackable device stuff and cache and everything to test it on, so I set up just vpn on my current location, windscribe VPN; and got those results. But I get similar ones without VPN too.

Again, correct, but you still custimise your feed to large extent by following stuff.

Although you can follow people on tiktok and stuff, your feed is almost entirely predetermined by how you interact with content, ie. how long you stayed on certain videos, what you liked, what made you close the app, etc.

Never claimed it was the cause, but from my perspective, and from the trends I’m noticing, it seems to be far more prevalent there.

I don’t get bombarded with that stuff if I create a new account on basically any other service but those.

I’m worried that the hole is getting bigger and bigger, and it’s becoming almost normal for young kids to fall into it.

My older brother works at a middle school. Every year, they do mock elections to teach kids about voting. He told me over the past decade, it’s gone from kids choosing the green party 75% (I’m in Switzerland btw), to it being 50% the far right party and the rest split between all the others.
