You need to use authelia's oidc, and your nextcloud app will be able to store this session for everything it needs

You will need some extra hardware, but it will be possible to messsage and share GPS if the board supports it, or even walkie talkie style voice messages on some firmwares

Hi, i'm looking for a cheesemaking expertise

I started making fresh cheese not a long ago, and all of them turned good

But lately I'm trying to beat the Cheddar, and it's not really working

I failed my first try because of not enough weight + not small enough curd cubes + high humidity during drying (at the end the cheese got mold all over and inside without drying)

My second try went better, although the curd was a bit spongy and hard to press

(15cm cheese) I did 8kg 12h, 18kg 24h, and around 100kg for 12h more

During this time I noticed that the cheese cloth started smelling weird, like alcohol/yeast, kinda buttery and woody

Now I'm done drying, and i'm tasting the cheese, and it's really not pleasant to eat, it's bitter and sourl, tastes just like spoiled milk

Should I continue and age it, or discard, or something?

I want it to be like top, but without it just be overpriced. I don't care for LEDs, as small and as powerful as possible, high-mini-atx-end 😄

Hi, I couldn't find a dedicated community for grocy

I'm very new to it, I figured out about most of the stuff, but this really makes me really confused

I have bottles of oil, like olive, sunflower, you know, and.. How do I add them? I know it's the same story with any weight product, I just started from liquids I already have parent products, I want to buy the oil in bottles, and quick use in ml, open in bottles, and maybe display total in liters, or in ml

Actually, doesn't matter about total, i'm stuck everywhere else, thank you 🫡

Some background Yesterday I failed making two types of cheese, and turned everything into sorta cream cheese We didn't have bread, so my gf figured out how to make some

Also, we are foreigners in an Asian country, and only few people know where to get fresh milk
