"You're infringing on our authority to run free and fair elections by trying to send lawyers to help ensure that we run free and fair elections!"
Ken Paxton

Tape to Tape. It's a roguelite hockey game that has a big sense of humor.

Right? The 20th century ended almost a quarter of a century ago. So mad.

Accountability: : the quality or state of being accountable
especially : an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions

He's literally saying "this is my fault." That doesn't mean he's willing to suffer the consequences personally. Not defending his decisions, just pointing out that people seem to be misunderstanding what "accountable" means.

Yeah. Because wages have remained stagnant, or even decreased relative to prices. Inflation is supposed to be a response to people making more money, but that never happened. So now we're all just effectively poorer.

So it is "amoral" to tell women that they can make their own decisions. Thanks for clearing that up, Newt.

They'd probably start putting it in the water.

Bullshit. The message from the left is "you don't HAVE to be a privileged piece of shit that is a useless rapist." That isn't just aimed at young white men. It's aimed at anyone that was raised in a culture of toxic masculinity and feels like that's the persona they have to project to be considered manly. You have the choice to not be that person. The fact that so many men are is why women don't want to be alone around a strange man. Does that seem unfair to you? It probably is, but it's the culture we've built over generations, and it's going to take time and work to fix it. You aren't part of the solution by complaining. The left is pointing out uncomfortable truths. The right is doubling down and trying to encode them into laws.

You can already replace the battery. You can purchase a replacement here, along with all the tools you need to replace it if you don't already have them: https://www.ifixit.com/products/steam-deck-battery

There's also a full video guide on the process.

Valve worked with iFixit to make sure they have replacements available for every part in the deck. Valve was very up front that they wanted to enable people to do their own repairs and upgrades.

Hey, remember that former Trump aide and professional jackass, John McEntee, who said he didn't see any evidence of women being injured as a result of anti-abortion laws? Funnily enough, he has been conspicuously silent on the subject since. Instead, he's now making "jokes" about repealing the 19th amendment. A real piece of work.

Solid state batteries are the next leap we're likely to see. They already exist but aren't widely available for consumer products yet.
