And for Samsungs tizen os smart TV's tizentube for YouTube with a pi hole for the ads in the interface.
I recently bought a TCL google tv and first thing I did was install smarttube and a different launcher.
That being said the first question in the setup proces was if I wanted the "smart" functions on or just have a basic experience and only use HDMI and cable tv.
But the ads on the home screen with Google tv are really annoying. They are front and centered. I want my apps and inputs where the ad's are.
Damm, for that price you can buy a ds, 3ds, Wii u and a switch (V1) and have money to spare.
For getting a idea of how your games run check out protondb.com you can add your steam library to easily check your library.
For epic, gog and Amazon prime gaming you got heroic (https://heroicgameslauncher.com/) it also uses proton to play windows games.
GPU drivers are fine. AMD just works for gaming and Nvidia (depending on distro you need to install the drivers, search how to install them and dont install them from the Nvidia website) works fine if you just have a simple setup. The Nvidia drivers are improving alot by the way.
Random mouse, keyboard and other stuff is a hot or miss. Most of the time basic stuff simply works, but maybe there are no drivers/programma to set rgb or macros. (P.s. Try open rgb for rgb stuff)
You can always try with a dual boot. If you not used to Linux and like gaming maybe something like pop os
I'm in the same boat as you and never found anything for Samsung tizen os. Smarttube is android based only and anything streamed to a Chromecast still has ads.
Edit: okay I thought let's search one's more. And there is tizentube did not try it yet but seems promising
Oh yeah good idea!
Edit a file, writing a quick shell script or whatever in the terminal. Nano is great. I don't see any use in learning vim or emacs. If I need something more I'm going use a gui editor anyway.
Don't get triggered anyone it's just my preference
Dude.... Core 2 duo is ddr1, ddr2 and ddr3 🦄🦄🦄
Edit: just checked out the core 2 duo e8400. Not only does it support ddr3 and 2, but also ddr1. So added ddr1
There are many 775 socket boards that support ddr3 and core 2 duo/quad supported ddr2 and 3.
There are even motherboard that support both ddr2 and ddr3 like this gigabyte g41m combo
Edit: damn at least some core 2 duo's support also ddr1. So core duo supports ddr1, 2 and 3
There are almost no lga 775 boards that have ddr1 support and have core 2 duo as supported cpu. But this ASRock motherboard does support the core 2 duo and ddr1 and ddr2
Nice harvest!
Nog niet helemaal en daar moeten we hard aan werken. Een politiestaat creëren we samen. Als we met ons allen niks doen komen we er

You can try launcher manager and then the android tv version.
Or you can use the adb commands your self. You don't need root just developer mode.
