In that case it could be like in Mlem - a switch at the top in the inbox, which could default to comment replies.

You could use the dark OLED theme with a custom accent colour to get something similar.

I still have some cool sticks that I’ve found. I need to get rid of them but I can’t bring myself to throw them out
