This late Art Deco building features a 2 story limestone base, rusticated brick spandrels, original steel casement windows, a series of setbacks at the upper floors, and an entrance canopy.

 

This Neo-Georgian high rise apartment building features a 3 story limestone base, Neoclassic decorations (including fluted pilasters, Greek Keys, and urns), recessed bays, chamfered corners, and casement windows.

 

Designed by H.I. Feldman and built in 1937.

This late Art Deco building features original steel casement windows (which wrap the corners), recessed bays, and decorative brickwork.
